How are Smart seats calculated?
Seats = the lower of:
employees onboarded to Human Risk, and
EDR-protected devices (laptops, servers and mobiles).
Laptops and servers are counted first; mobile devices are counted last.
What does a Smart licence include?
Human Risk: for employees onboarded to the platform.
Endpoint Security (EDR): laptops, servers and mobile devices.
Cloud DLP: unlimited; not counted towards seats.
External Exposure Monitor: up to 100 web assets (websites, web portals, APIs) per seat; not counted towards seats.
When do add-ons apply?
Human Risk add-ons: when employees exceed the seat count.
EDR add-ons: when EDR devices exceed the seat count.
Mobile EDR add-ons: when mobile devices exceed their allocation.
What does a Smart licence look like in practice?

Why are mobile devices counted last?
So laptops and servers fill your seats first. Any mobile devices above the seat count become EDR add-ons.
Do Cloud DLP or External Exposure Monitor affect my seat count?
No. Neither counts towards seats.
