HOPLONai Premium seats are the lowest of four counts: Human Risk employees, EDR devices, email mailboxes and browser instances. Usage above the seat count becomes add-ons; Cloud DLP is unlimited and each seat includes 100 web assets.
HOPLONai gives growing businesses a complete security operation: the tools, and the agentic AI team that operates them.
How are Premium seats calculated?
Seats = the lowest of:
employees onboarded to Human Risk
EDR-protected devices (laptops, servers and mobiles)
email mailboxes
browser instances
Laptops and servers are counted first; mobile devices are counted last.
What does a Premium licence include?
Human Risk: for employees onboarded to the platform.
Endpoint Security (EDR): laptops, servers and mobile devices.
Email Security: protection for user mailboxes.
Browser Security: protection for web browsers.
Cloud DLP: unlimited; not counted towards seats.
External Exposure Monitor: up to 100 web assets (websites, web portals, APIs) per seat; not counted towards seats.
When do add-ons apply?
Human Risk add-ons: employees exceed the seat count.
EDR add-ons: EDR devices exceed the seat count.
Mobile EDR add-ons: mobile devices exceed their allocation.
Email Security add-ons: mailboxes exceed the seat count.
Browser Security add-ons: browser instances exceed the seat count.
What does a Premium licence look like in practice?
Employees | EDR devices | Mailboxes | Browsers | Premium seats | Add-ons | Web assets included |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
100 | 80 | 100 | 90 | 80 | 20 Human Risk, 20 Email Security, 10 Browser Security | Up to 8,000 |
50 | 70 | 40 | 60 | 40 | 10 Human Risk, 30 EDR, 20 Browser Security | Up to 4,000 |
Total billing = seat count × package price, plus add-ons × individual add-on prices.
